The item shipped on time. However, I was sent a picture of what it looked like, and it looked very sad. Ironic seeing that the message was supposed to be "I succ." I wish the plant had looked a little better and not beaten to death.

when we received the plant it was out of the pot and dirt was everywhere and the packaging that it came in was pretty beat up. Not sure if that was just the handling company loved the plant tho! we were able to save it was a really cute idea
