I can't say enough about both how the product and the customer service with this team were excellent! This was a gift for a family member who was a bit sick (not COVID) and she actually cried when she received the gift because she said that it had really good smelling items that she was excited to use in such a sweetly packaged box and the confetti was the icing on the cake. A lot of care clearly went into these products for a lot of enjoyment. Additionally, the pot of the succulent seemed to have broken in transit. I emailed the seller the day the gift arrived and I received a reply within 20 minutes informing me that they would be sending another plant that day. My relative received the new plant a couple of days later! Highly recommend, great product, great sellers!
